Product design for complex systems.

I started in a design consultancy and have spent the years since working across large organizations and fast-moving startups, translating complex product needs into clearer flows, stronger interaction models, and systems teams can actually ship.

Much of the work sits at the boundary between digital and physical systems, which means strategy, research, interaction, and product execution all need to reinforce one another.

Across smart home, fintech, sustainability, and fitness products, my role is often to create the structure around the work: what matters, why it matters, and how the design moves from evidence to implementation.
